With available equipment, the turn around is 7 business days from confirmed order payment. Note: where stock is unavailable, onboarding could take as much as 30-60 days from purchase to begin mining.
Q: What are the monthly hosting and power charges?
Hosting/Power fees are USD 0.75 per KW/h per day. Please note that the fee is fixed in USD but payment for monthly hosting/power is remitted in Bitcoin. Please refer to the Terms of Service for further details.
Q: What is the contract length?
It's your mining equipment, professionally hosted on a month to month basis as long as you see fit.
Q: How does the "Best Price Guarantee" work?
If you can find a better price, with the same equipment, clear ownership of title, hosted in the USA, and 100% of your bitcoin reward, Codex will match that offer and throw in a little gift too.
Q: How long before my equipment begins mining?

Q: Does my Codex Box include a warranty?
Includes a 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. To avail this warranty a repair ticket must be generated by the customer through the www.codexunited.com website. Overclocking the miner will void the warranty immediately.
